  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field 
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a training and development role, preferably within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry
  • Proven track record in designing and delivering impactful training programs that drive employee engagement and performance
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and project management skills
  • Proficiency in learning management systems and training evaluation techniques
  • Certification in training and development (e.g., CIPD, ATD) is highly desirable

About the Role

As a Training & Development Supervisor at PT Siantar Top, Tbk, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering comprehensive training programmes to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. This full-time position, based in Sidoarjo East Java, is central to ensuring our team is equipped with the necessary competencies to contribute to the company's success.

Key Responsibilites : 

  • Designing and implementing training initiatives aligned with the company's strategic objectives and employee development needs
  • Conducting training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements across the organisation
  • Developing and delivering engaging training content, workshops, and programs to address identified learning needs
  • Collaborating with department heads to tailor training solutions to specific business requirements
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making data-driven improvements
  • Maintaining training records and providing progress reports to management
  • Identifying and facilitating opportunities for employee career development and advancement
  • Manage the training and development budget effectively
